£3per week smishing scam
deleted the text as i thought it was a scam to respond, but thats apparently exactly what i should have done according to vodaphone. They have refunded the amount taken but can do no more. I have got PSA involved but as i dont have the original text they may not be able to assist. I might have to change number and curtail my account. Any help would be appreciated.

I have had £3/week taken from my vodafone a/c for the last 4 weeks for calls I didnt make. V/f are refusing to refund me & you can never get hold of anyone if you ring the number in question - always an answering machine message, which presumably then charges you another £3/call. I have been a v/f customer for 20+years & they believe scammers rather than a loyal customer - disgraceful!

I've had the same issue, Vodafone refunded the money but said that i apparently replied which i know i never and i know that there was no text. I have further received a text from Nuyoo who said i joined up to a gym group at £3.00 a week and had to text STOP to put a end to it, just waiting to see on my next bill if i'm still getting charged.

I also have had the same problem, again on Vodafone. Vodafone refunded the payment, thanks Vodafone, but when I dialled the Nuyoo text number, 83463, to stop it, I was told I would be charged. Does anyone know how much? I don't want to start another scam! Incidentally, Vodafone have now blocked all these numbers on my account which take donations, etc. They told me I can unblock, then block again if I want to make a payment, e.g. TV charity donation, etc.

Snap!
Also with Vodafone. Had this £3 a month and then this nuyoo gym I'd supposedly signed up for. And this was after I'd so say barred these type of premium messages being allowed to take money from my account! Vodafone are rubbish.

Ditto!
Another Vodafone customer who somehow got signed up for this scam. Vodafone CS refunded the £3 but despite putting a so-called bar on this it still appears to be happening each week on my bill..

Conmen
I have the same issue. Vodafone have credited my account and I have reported the scam to the PSA too. Surely Vodafone can stop this if they refuse to pass on the £3 to these conmen.

I found this also
Have no idea what it is from, just seen a random £3 added to my bill and after googling the number. Just got right onto vodafone and they blocked it and said to request a refund from nuyoo. Glad i caught this sooner rather than later though!

Not Happy!
We’ve just got our Vodafone bill through and have a total of £15 (£3/time) additional charges from this Nuyoo. After ignoring random text messages thinking it was a scam and reading these comments we’ve now de-subscribed. Vodafone have blocked our phones for premium numbers etc and we now have to email help@nuyoo.co (not .com or .co.uk) with the mobile number in question, circumstances and reason to fight for a refund. Apparently their ad pops up whilst you are on the net and if you click subscribe in error or your child does that’s when the charges kick it. Be vigilant people :-(

juice nuyoo scammers
had no dealing with these cowboys and they've billed my 3 quid a week for the last 3 weeks. It's a disgrace that the the telcos believe this bunch rather than their own customers, and that a company as untrustworthy as this have the ability to drop charges on mobile phone users with no checks and balances.

scammers
Be careful with this number guys. They charged me 3 pounds a week. I rang vodafone and unfortunately she said I need to call the number and asked them why they charged me. I’m not happy that I’m the one who will sort this. Vodafone should investigate this so it will not happen to other customer.

How to get a refund
The company behind this scam is Nuyoo Ltd. If you email them on help@nuyoo.co to complain and say that you will report them to The Phone-paid Services Authority see www.psauthority.org.uk unless they repay you the charges they will usually cough up. Their associated company SB7 Mobile Ltd got fined £30,000 by the PSA in 2010 for a similar scam.

Juice scam
Starting being charged from 30 Nov 2017 so 3 payments gone so far. Spoke with Vodafone and they have barred anything further and said they will waive the charges so I won't have to pay.

Had the same scam from Vodafone supported Juice service from 5th December on a weekly basis including pending charges, had a chat with Vodafone and said I will report them to Ofcom for not protecting us from these thieves. Emailed psa with the call log of online chat with Voda Not happy at all given this seems to be going on since August and looks like Vodafone are in on the scam too!

Juice Scam
I have just received my bill and got 5 weeks of £3.00 from these Juice scammers. Got straight onto Vodafone who have advised that they have blocked them from taking any further funds and also as a good will gesture refunded me the £15.00 charges. I have just emailed nuyoo telling them to cancel and delete any info they have on my number or i will report them to The Phone-paid Services Authority. Lets see what their response will be - CAN'T WAIT conning sleazebags
