Scammed
Mobile Bill
I have just received my mobile bill which includes 2 unsolicited premium text messages from the same numbers as above each for £4.50. I complained to my mobile provider and asked to have the £9.00 charge removed. their help desk said they could not do that as the texts were from a third party called BANIQ PRODUCTS. She gave me a contact number to ring (023037349251) to obtain a refund. The phone number was an automated reply and could not get an option to speak to anyone. It did tell me that I was unsubscribed from something that I had never subscribed to. IS THIS ANOTHER SCAM !!!!!!!!!!

RUDE MAN wanting my address to deliver NOTHING
Guy with Jamaican accent calls and asks to have my address & "apartment number" on my street, I say I'm not comfortable giving you that info because I don't know who you are and haven't heard of your "delivery" company. HE gets very angry and says "FINE DON'T, WE'LL SEND BACK YOUR DELIVERY THEN!" Yeah dude that's a very professional response. I'm sure you're super legit. I just said "No worries mate, good luck trying to rip people off. Bye" And hung up.

Family members know to call mobile numbers first. Fed up with PPI, and "we're calling you in relation to your recent accident" ....and "hello, we just wanted to let you know you are entitled to up to £15k's in compensation" ...... yeah right. Get lost and don't bother me again. Oh not forgetting the extremely foreign sounding individuals who have discovered I apparently have a long lost family member who passed away in another country and all they need from me is my bank account details to make the tens of thousands of pounds transfer which I am entitled to. Then they hit you with the all you have to do is deposit just the initial £250 into their bank account to begin the legal process!! Screen your calls ppl ..... don't be gullible. If something is important , they WILL leave a message and its then up to you to make an informed choice whether or not to chase it up. Check the number first and note the call charges and / or region code. Its not hard and it could save you a fortune. There ..... nuff said !!

Microsoft "scam"
The person on the end of this phone tried to get me to allow them remote access to my PC. Luckily, I twigged early on and was able to keep control of my computer. A word of warning... do not let someone have access to you PC unless you have rung MS or a tech help yourself and can verify the call. The attempted to have me log onto www.showmypc.com. DO NOT DO IT

How to monitor or stop these types of calls.
I received a call from this number this afternoon when I checked on 1471. Sadly the caller did not get through because my telephone landline is connected to a Silent Call Blocker aparatus. This machine, available I believe through several outlets, requires the caller to carry out cetain procedures to allow the call they are making to proceed. The one I have requires the caller to press 5 to allow the call to go ahead. Failure to do so, or in the case of an automated dialler an inability to do so, results in the call being lost. This saves you answering the 'phone to people that you really don't want to talk to! I've had mine installed for over two years. It's well worth the money - £59 well spent.

A con, scam, took my money
I have been charged twice £40,50 and one £4,60 for the service I have subscribed but I did not know or was aware I am going to be charged so I have stopped and I thought, before any charges I reply again saying STOP. They sad they have never received that so I have been charged every week since last sept about 6months. I have spoke to manager and she in unpolite way warned me and offend that I am not going to get any money back because I was aware of that... Not true📞She was putting her dirty words into my month and trying to keep disturbing me telling about my position and no rights, how wrong they are? They are stilling your hard work money, using you against you, rude and wishous busters ,never respond to any offerts like that & any alerts !they are there to still your money without asking you, your permission, don't provide any details on the website its your direct debit and they have the monies!!!!!con!!!!! Scamers !!! They'd should be banned from social services !!That's all they are

Got a call from someone called Chas or Shaz. Asked if I knew I could get money for the accident I was in recently. I've not been in any accident. I just hung up and told him the truth that this was a number that wasn't listed and isn't even a residential number.

Nuisance Number
Have received calls from this number a few times over the last 2 days. Upon answering its either crossed wires with a whole group of people talking over each other saying that they have been called. Once it was a man shouting at me for calling him when I answered my phone and another time it was a sales consultant trying to talk me into share trading.

Yes you are customer of them my arse. Look on the internet . Yes it's called Rapid Data Recovery and it's a scam company which has virtual office at 100 pall mall in London. There's been over 500 complains on them to trading standards and numerous people suffered from over priced quotes and their data has not been recovered anyway. They are very nice when you talk to them but than they want to bill you for hundreds of pounds for nothing like the head of hdd imported from America for £450. Seriously?
