Definite scam
Caller repeatedly asked for our PIN number as a security question. Asked for our daughter and even when my husband said that he was her insisted on trying to get PIN number even though she is 24 year old female and h is 54 year old man! When he refused and asked what her PIN number was she claimed not to understand him. Good for a wind up if you have the time but do not give out your details to these people.

Had a call from this number today at 11:40 hours. Lady named Liz Ramsey says that she is from the DWP. She claimed that her office is in Pembroke Dock. She said that there is nothing to worry about,(ha ha), my EsA is being adjusted.etc. She wants to verify any change in circumstances. She wanted to ask me some questions. I refused saying that i do not know who she is. I told that my number had been withdrawn from the DWP because of many such telephone calls. She said that she would send me a form. I wanted to complain about this phone call and asked for her complaint details. She said that he would go and find them out, (as if she did not know etc) I was left waiting in silence for some 5 minutes and I then hung up. I do suspect that this call is fraudulent. I will await this said form in the post. Don't answer any questions to anyone unless you know exactly who they are folks,,as if you need telling

This is NOT Nationwide.
I called Nationwide on their Fraud Prevention number. I was told that this number is definitely NOT one of theirs. Told me to be careful not to disclose any details (would be difficult I am not a Nationwide customer). If you answer the call it asks you to press any button to continue, I guess this is the moment the scam starts! BE CAREFUL OUT THERE.

Following advise I found elsewhere I just called the number back. It lead to an automated system which asked for my number and, once entered, the system said I'd been removed from the calling list.

I have got a refund
Don't normally check my phone bills closely but 4 x £4.50 taken by this Company. I did not subscribe to anything but found the text message from them saying that I had but I had ignored it thinking it was a scam & if I replied STOP I would then be charged! Called my phone company & they said they could not block it but advised me to phone the 0800 provided on my bill. I did and was told to email the company uk@playvito.com to complain about it. I also sent STOP to prevent any further charges. It seems to have worked. This morning I have been issued will a full refund from Bequizzled via email (support@bequizzled.com - now I know what I supposedly signed up to!! ) This has come in the form of a voucher to present at the Post Office - which hopefully will work. I will still be complaining to the premium services body : www.phonepayplus.org.uk - Everyone must do this - as people are getting ripped off by this scam.

Genuine NatWest call
It is NatWest fraud. You may well receive text messages as well relating to suspect transactions. This probably saved me a lot of hassle. I have commented to NatWest that they should probably include this number on their Fraud Team web page as the numbers on there are different and that is the first place I went to check.

O2?! Two calls from this number this month - ignored them both as don't recognise the number. However, very interested to see a couple of reports and mention of O2 as I do use their network...... They will miss their chance to market to me as I just don't play the telemarketing game .......EVER!! Life's too short!!! Just best left unanswered I reckon. If anything is that important in life they will write not ring!!😉 still annoying though! Perhaps if it's..O2 they could just give it up - please!

Aggressive with my Mum
My mum has been called by these guys twice in the last few days. Both times asking her to turn her computer on so they could help her with a virus that's been going around. Fortunately she has her head screwed on and told them she wouldn't do this. The chap, calling himself Joseph William with what my Mum described as an African accent, then became aggressive. She has given me all of the details and I have told her to report the number and the company to the police.

Called back to see who it was....
Got a call this morning that I missed so I called back out of sheer curiosity and it turns out they are a delivery company looking to deliver something I had previously ordered. They were very helpful and happily told me who they were and why they called, no sales call just a delivery company, nothing to fear.

This is not a scam, it needs action.
As others have said, this is not a scam, if you receive this message from 64364 ring BT as quickly as possible to get it cancelled. I have had it for the second time this month and it's getting rather annoying, had to ring BT again to cancel it. When I first received the message I was initially suspicious thinking it was a scam but after searching online I found other people who had the same problem who had to ring BT because of cock ups by SKY with the address.
